Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Interwhew, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Interwhew provides an AI-based simulation environment for technical interviews. This includes coding environments, voice-based interactions, and automated feedback.

3. AI Disclaimer (Crucial)

  • Accuracy: Our interviewers are Artificial Intelligence agents. While they are designed to simulate realistic scenarios, they may occasionally produce incorrect information ("hallucinations"), incorrect code corrections, or flawed feedback. You acknowledge that Interwhew is a practice tool, not an authoritative source of computer science truth.
  • No Job Guarantee: Interwhew is a preparation tool. We do not guarantee that using our service will result in a job offer, nor are we affiliated with any companies (Meta, Google, etc.) mentioned in our marketing as examples of interview styles.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to process illegal or malicious code.
  • Attempt to prompt-inject or "jailbreak" the AI interviewer to generate restricted content.
  • Reverse engineer the Interwhew application or API.
  • Share your account credentials with others (subscriptions are per-user).

5. Payments and Refunds

  • Subscriptions: Services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis. No recurring subscriptions.
  • Refunds: Due to the costs associated with AI processing (GPU usage), we generally do not offer refunds for unused credits or partial usage. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for technical failures.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Your Code: You retain ownership of the code you write during practice sessions.
  • Our Platform: The interface, branding, grading algorithms, and proprietary prompts are owned by Interwhew.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interwhew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service (e.g., failing a real interview). The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."
