  • Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials (via Google/GitHub OAuth).
  • Interview Data (Sensitive):
    • Audio Recordings: We process your voice input to generate AI responses in real-time.
    • Transcripts: Text-based records of your conversation with the AI.
    • Code Submissions: The code snippets, algorithms, and system designs you type into the editor.
  • Usage Data: Logs of how you interact with the platform, session duration, and feature usage.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To Provide Services: To generate real-time feedback, run your code against test cases, and create performance reports.
  • AI Processing: Your voice and text inputs are sent to third-party LLM (Large Language Model) providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) solely for the purpose of generating the interview response.
  • Improvements: We analyze anonymized session data to improve the accuracy of our interview grading algorithms.

4. Third-Party Processors

We do not sell your data. We share data only with necessary infrastructure providers:

  • AI Providers: For natural language processing and voice synthesis.
  • Cloud Hosting: To host the application.
  • Payment Processors: (e.g., Stripe) We do not store your credit card details; they are handled directly by our payment provider.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

  • Account Deletion: You may request full account deletion by contacting us. Fill in the form and we will process your request within 5 working days. Upon deletion, all personal data, transcripts, and recordings are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
